  ...but i'll try... 1. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...see below: • After moving in (after being denied access for over 18 days, as initially agreed upon) there were thermostat/heat issues, little to no hot water and pressure as well as carpet that was simply vacuumed and not scrubbed or replaced as promised by the property manager • mouse droppings, traps and dead bugs were found in the “clean” cabinets • Marijuana and pipe were found in stove and immediately discarded • Toilet never functioned properly and continued to back up even after it was “fixed” by maintenance squad • Garage door opener was never attached properly and thus never worked • Black mold found behind bathroom cabinets and under kitchen sink • Chain lock on front door never repaired as requested • Leak in kitchen wall went without attention for three days, with a pool of water in the kitchen, before it was “fixed” – property manager also still has one of our towels from said incident • Property manager called one Saturday night to borrow $20 “for heart medicine” and never repaid it • Told by another employee of AV Property Management (AVPM) that I was the only tenant paying in full and on time • I was told that the cable was “free” upon moving in and had no problems until a new tenant moved in and our cable wire was then routed to their splitter. This took a week to discover after being promised by manager that he would come take a look (never did). I then discovered that the cable was not “free” but the property manager had been “bootlegging” it for me • Shortly thereafter, upon discovering another leak in the sink, I knelt under the sink in an attempt to tighten a loose connection and the plumbing literally fell apart, disconnecting itself and spraying the kitchen and me with scolding hot water; which I later had to treat - B&E (breaking and entering) by property manager the same time i was moving out...beautiful hope that helps...enjoy...by not renting from them...
